Phoenix Management Services, through its affiliate PMCM, LLC, successfully sold the assets of Conshohocken Rail, LLC on June 1, 2012 to Conshohocken Recycling & Rail Transfer, LLC, a subsidiary of Regional Rail, LLC, a holding of FirstCity Crestone for an undisclosed amount.

Phoenix Management Services acted as financial advisor to Princeton Fulfillment Solutions LLC in conjunction with its acquisition of Phoenix Marketing Services, Inc. (no relation to Phoenix Management Services) on April 6th for an undisclosed amount. Phoenix Management assisted Princeton with its due diligence on Phoenix Marketing. Phoenix Management also structured and negotiated the stock purchase agreement with Phoenix Marketing, as well as the acquisition financing with First Choice Bank.
