  1. Question:   What types of technical support does NN4D provide?
    Answer:  The NN4D tech support team offers informed expertise in the field of LBS applications, map data and other location content through our Forum, Contact Us page, webinars and white papers. To access support services, please log into your NN4D account, then click on our Contact Us page and select Tech Support so our team can efficiently process your request. If you don’t already have an NN4D account, you can join here. It only takes a minute!

    NOTE TO CURRENT LICENSEES: Licensees of NAVTEQ® map data and location content receive dedicated support through their account management team.
     
  2. Question:   Where can I find development tools and APIs for my platform?
    Answer:  You can discover a wide variety of APIs and SDKs that leverage NAVTEQ location content here.
     
  3. Question:   Do you provide map data for development?
    Answer:  Yes, NN4D provides a variety of sample data sets for regions around the world. Types of data include core maps, indoor maps, traffic, points of interest and visual content. Developers can request sample data through the Sample Data page.
     
  4. Question:  Are there different membership levels in NN4D?
    Answer:  Yes, you can learn more about all our free membership levels here
     
  5. Question:  How do I report a problem with a NAVTEQ map?
    Answer:  You can submit feedback using Map Reporter. As a developer, you can also use the Map Reporter API to allow your users to report problems directly from within your application.
     
  6. Question:   Do you provide map updates for consumer devices?
    Answer:  NN4D provides developer resources. For the freshest NAVTEQ map data for your consumer devices, please visit http://www.navigation.com/.
     
  7. Question:  How do I get in contact with a Sales person?
